Fantastic Location and Modern Design!!!
clean room great air conditioning perfect location
I stayed in the Superior Double Room and it was very clean. The hotel provided air conditioning. This was much needed given the high temperatures outside. The hotel's location was also fantastic. I could walk everywhere.

The location is REALLY convenient. Shops surround the hotel. Taxi access is easy. Key historical and cultural sites are only a short walk.
The provided shower gel had an overly strong smell.. it was a LITTLE overwhelming.

the staff were very helpful. the location was excellent for exploring. the facilities met my expectations. i felt safe as a solo traveller.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms. the extractor fan in the shower was broken. this caused a smell in the room.

no minibar average cakes
The receptionist gave helpful information about the hotel and areas around it. I suppose that's acceptable.
The room lacked a minibar. Who expects that? plus, the coffee shop closed early, a true crime against caffeine addicts. also, the cakes were shockingly average. i mean, come on, at least try.

modern stay close to everything
central location friendly staff helpful staff
The hotel sits right in the middle of the action. i walked to alcázar gardens and the cathedral easily. It was quite nice. several restaurants and shops are just outside. the staff were friendly and always available to assist. Their help.
the provided toiletries had a strong perfume. i prefer unscented options. we had to buy baby soap and shampoo because the provided hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were overly perfumed and overwhelming. overall it was not a major issue, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel enjoys a central position near major attractions. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. walking to key landmarks is convenient. This really added to my experience. taxi and uber services are also readily accessible.

A café is located downstairs. It provides a convenient spot for breakfast. the coffee shop always seemed busy. i did not try it, but it must be doing something right. it is open to everyone.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. It felt spotlessly clean. it has a minimalist modern boutique style. This gave it a trendy feel. i found the premises very pleasing. They contributed to a relaxed stay.
